Director, CNB, Commercial Banking
A leading Global Financial Institution is seeking to employ a Director, CNB, Commercial Banking, based in London.
Hours 35 per week/permanent.

The role holder will report in to the Head of Client Network Banking (CNB) and will support them in the revenue-generating programmes related to the development of the business. The individual will contribute significantly to a high profile strategic initiative, with progress of CNB team and specific commercialisation efforts being reported to the Group CEO on a monthly basis. The individual will be accountable for the formation, development and execution of various revenue-generating programmes, which may include internationalisation of our customer franchise networks, strategic supplier programmes and co-ordinated referral programmes with professional services firms. They will look to leverage existing customer relationships to establish business growth, especially international business growth. They will maximize additional revenue for the Group by considering clients networks related to Buyer/Supplier relationships, distributor networks, franchise relationships, equity investor relationships and other relevant connections.
The successful candidate will be a graduate and will have the following:
- Proven experience of driving and implementing transformation/programs in a complex, multi-geography matrix organised business
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of risk and issues motivating clients, relationship managers and senior management internally and externally.
- Financial services experience or sector and product knowledge
