Base £20k - OTE £26k - £32k plus other monthly/quarterly incentives

This company has been at the forefront of accelerating and delivering pioneering digital solutions having created Technology platforms in 7 different business markets. With a clear focus to double their size in 2017 they are looking for the next great undiscovered B2B In-side Sales talent to Develop and Nurture within their business.

You will be a vital part of their business, working closely with their Go to Market team helping to develop new business and grow their existing clients.

Main tasks include:

- Top of the Funnel Activity
- Work alongside Marketing to help drive MQL's
- Have the ability to discuss technology clearly with prospects
- Follow a defined sales activity plan whilst improving it
- Be able to articulate via email precisely and accurately
- Phone work (at least 30 contacts per day)
- Ability to add value in all forms of selling

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2yrs experience in a B2B Inside Sales role
- Empathetic approach to selling
- Willingness to learn and ability to retain
- Tenacious approach to generating Top of the Funnel Leads
- Experience in using CRM systems to manage & maintain clean data
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear speaking tone
- Ability to engage an audience online while conducting sales demos
