A unique, varied and pivotal role has become available for a Production Administrator to join a growing SME North of York.

No two days will be the same in this position and it requires an individual who is a great multitasker and adept at prioritising workloads.

Attention to detail is essential, you will have responsibility for checking design files and orders to ensure they are complete and accurate before they arrive with the end customer.

Further duties to include but are not limited to:

- Liaising with suppliers at all stages of manufacture
- Liaising between internal departments and colleagues
- Processing orders ready for print by creating purchase orders
- Accurately quality control check and package print orders to a high standard before dispatching to clients via courier service
- Preparing documents for courier collections
- Ensure projects are completed & dispatched to pre-agreed schedules
- Supporting Management with any other administrative tasks as required

Essential Skills:

- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Flexible, resourceful and a good team player
- The ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under constant pressure of deadlines and interruptions
- IT literate
- The ability to work off your own initiative and think on your feet

An understanding of the print industry would be advantageous but not essential.

Own transport essential due to office location.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
