They are looking for a Digital Designer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of development. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

- To produce digital work for the client to the highest standards
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
- Optimise application for maximum speed and scalability
- To support the client in the growth of their digital strategy, working closely with them and their partners
- To assist the design team leader in the delivery of all his/her duties, and carry out all ad-hoc tasks assigned
- To work with, communicate effectively and influence clients to ensure their briefs and amendments are interpreted and executed accurately
- To proactively monitor the quality of digital design projects being produced and submitted, by seeking feedback from both internal and external stakeholders and acting upon this accordingly
- To work creatively but within the constraints of brand guidelines, welcoming feedback from both colleagues and client contacts, acting upon this accordingly
- Creating design for print on occasions where the workload necessitates
- Staying on track with emerging digital trends, culture and engaging with the wider digital creative community.

You will have a minimum 2 years digital/online conceptual design and artwork. Experience in creating design for print beneficial and evidence of exceptional client facing skills. You should be able to present an established portfolio of work to demonstrate your experience.

Essential Skills
- Extensive knowledge of HTML CSS
- Experience with CMS (primarily knowledge of Umbraco)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (this could include After Effects and Illustrator)
- Creating and building responsive emails
- UI/UX e-commerce concepts for websites
- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Responsive design
- High attention to detail

- Experience producing animations
- Front-end App design
