This IT support business is seeking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic individual to join their growing team providing end-user technical support via email, telephone, remote desktop and on-site.

This is a role for a self-motivated Line 1 or Line 2 engineer to work focusing on customer service with excellent communication skills as well as a strong technical troubleshooting ability. Apart from break-fix work you can also be involved in projects and get experience of a wide range of technology so you should be keen to see new things.

Based from their Abingdon office you will play an important part in supporting their diverse range of clients. The role includes frequently working in central London- usually one week in three - so you should be happy with commuting. Travel expenses are reimbursed.

You must be able to think on your feet and provide great customer service and an assuring presence. A can-do attitude is essential. You don't need to know everything - but you are expected to be logical and open minded. You will have the opportunity to learn as you earn - we encourage our team to train and pass exams - we reward them once they pass each one.

Essential technical experience:
Desktop hardware and software - Windows OS, Office, PC building and troubleshooting

Desirable technical experience:
Windows server administration, 3CX, Office 365, VMware ESX, cPanel

Salary is subject to experience.
