They are a top tier partner of leading global furniture manufacturer Herman Miller who are renowned for their high quality and ergonomic performance.

They specialise in major projects with a furniture delivery budget of six-to-seven figures. They work as a consultant with market leading brands to deliver a tailor made solution with incredible attention to detail.

They have an excellent reputation within their market, becoming one of the leading players in office refurbishment and relocation. They have an enviable list of clients in the UK, boasting many household names such as Dyson, John Lewis, UPS, Britvic and Volvo to name a few.

They are currently recruiting for a number of sales roles, from Telesales through to Senior Client Facing Business Development Managers, to join their expanding sales team based in Chippenham.

Required Skills:

All roles:

- Extremely organised.
- Articulate & highly motivated.
- Quick to adapt and fast learning ability.
- Ideally from the industry or related experience within the industry (B2B sales in office refurb/re-location services) however this is not a pre-requisite

Client facing roles in addition to the above:

- Experience in dealing with major Blue Chip organisations in the UK.
- Consultative/Project lead selling experience.
- Outstanding track record of sales targets/achievements.
- Excellent sales skills - Negotiation/understanding/solution lead/relationship building qualities.

The Role:

You will begin your employment being based out of their head office in order for you to establish your client base, understand their procedures and allow them to train and develop your skills as a company representative.

This is a consultative & project led sell, relationship building is key and you will need to manage a healthy pipeline with multiple conversations and visits to potential customers in order to get your foot in the door. They have an outstanding reputation for high quality pre and after sales service.

Covering the South and South West of England you will be targeting multi-million pound market leaders dealing with senior level management across the board to identify and close new business opportunities.

The Package:

They are offering competitive salaries across the various roles based the responsibilities of the role and your experience.

Telesales Executive: From £18,000 basic salary + OTE
Trainee BDM: From £22,000 basic salary + OTE
Business Development Manager: From £30,000 basic salary + OTE

Field based roles also include a Company Car, Phone, Laptop, Expenses.

All salaries are most definitely negotiable.
