A project Coordinator is required on a Full Time Permanent basis, this is an excellent time to join this market leader specialising in the delivery of joinery schemes. They are steadily expanding, and have a full order book for 2017.

You will have ideally worked within the joinery trade, although applications with a procurement / sales / coordination or managerial background will be considered. Some Technical knowledge would be advantageous.

Main Responsibilities:

- Working alongside the project team to ensure materials suppliers and logistics are coordinated effectively.
- Sending out enquiries
- Daily meetings
- Collating purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
- Attend handover meetings for new projects
- Control material orders and deliveries.
- Contribute and provide update and concerns on procurement issues / report to determine to extent to which we are on budget and status materials ordered against delivery dates.

Purchasing - producing reports
- Updating Project Managers on all purchasing matters, liaising with suppliers
- Maintaining systems ensuring all data is kept up to date.
- Track orders daily, ensuring all adhere to programme
- Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
- Attain best price on materials against budget prior to placing order in line with specification and drawings
