This independent Workplace Consultancy helps businesses to connect their people, technology, real estate and operations. Acting as an independent representative, they are hands on, plain speaking and bridge the gap between theory and reality. They deliver a bespoke service to growing SMEs and blue clip clients, which typically includes accommodation strategy, re-location consultancy, space utilisation & planning and large scale move management.

They are growing rapidly and seeking a Recruitment Manager to take responsibility for the full end-to-end management of their recruitment process. In addition to working on active/ live hire requirements, the role will be responsible for building a talent network across a variety of disciplines including Workplace Strategy, Accommodation Strategy, Move Management, Space Planning, Facilities Management, Project Management and Administration.

Skills/ attributes:
- Previous experience within recruitment is absolutely essential, ideally from a respected recruitment agency, within a Workplace and/ or professional services discipline
- Strong and clear communicator with an ability to influence and engage candidates at a variety of levels and job functions
- Organised, methodical and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple assignments at once
- Persistent, positive and proactive attitude - willing to take a 'hands on' approach and able to work at a fast pace
- Excellent IT skills, including full knowledge of social media as a recruitment tool, and recruitment packages
- Relevant recruitment employment law knowledge
- Ideally some experience of building talent network/ pools

Core elements of role:
- Working with the management team to develop, deliver and implement a high-level recruitment and talent acquisition strategy
- Working with the management team to prioritise vacancies and anticipate future needs, ensuring that there is a steady flow of potential new recruits
- Sourcing and attracting a great calibre of candidates to the business via a structured recruitment process, across a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking and headhunting
- Contacting, screening and interviewing candidates to determine suitability
- Managing all recruitment administration and processes in line with legal procedures and industry best practice
- Building and updating the central candidate database
- Providing a seamless handover of new hires to Operations and Project teams
