With a head office based in Worcester, you will work within a small but friendly customer contact centre environment. With responsibility for increasing customer revenue through increased sales (upselling/add on selling) you will also work closely with the Marketing Department on Outbound Calling Campaigns.

Main duties include:

- Processing orders and enquiries for key distribution and overseas accounts
- Interacting daily via telephone and email with new and existing customers
- Increasing customer revenue through upselling key products and lines.
- Working with Marketing to increase revenue on all Outbound calling campaigns
- Handling queries/enquiries with 1st class customer services via telephone, email and web
- Receiving inbound calls from customers and inputting call details into the client order system
- Taking payments from customers and ensuring adherence to Data Protection always
- Making outbound calls to advise or respond to customer requests
- Monitoring own performance and acting upon feedback from line manager to improve the customer experience

The Person

The successful person will have at least 1 years' experience in a contact centre environment, with proven experience in upselling a range of products. With an engaging personality and a drive for results the ideal candidate will enjoy working within an entrepreneurial business. They will have a friendly and outgoing personality and be passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will be qualified to A Level Standard or equivalent and have Microsoft Office Experience and previous experience of using a CRM system.
