Due to increased demand, this company is seeking an order processor for their dynamic door sales department. This varied role opens up a great opportunity to join a proactive and successful team; the candidate must be a team player, with good all round internal and external communication skills. A background in customer service with some technical knowledge would be advantageous. This company will support the successful candidate with continued in-house training, enabling them to be successful in this role.

The Role:

The role of door order processor within the door sales team is to provide a professional, proactive and efficient sales process to all clients, whilst liaising with colleagues in other departments within the company. Attention to detail is a must, supporting the company motto, "Right first time, every time."

The ideal candidate will also have the following skills:

- Be energetic, ambitious and motivated to succeed
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook
- Competent at Maths & English

- Ability to gain client trust through timely response and action
- Quick learner
- Some technical knowledge of company doors & hardware would be an advantage


- Influencing clients by helping the company to provide a first class purchasing experience.
- Providing assistance to determine customer requirements and expectations, in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
- Meeting personal and department goals with accurate quotations and timing.
- As and when necessary, communicating to purchasing/engineering/production, regarding any customer specific enquiries.
- Presenting a professional image at all times to all customers.
- Helping to educate clients to the features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Full in-house training will be given.
