This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovation driven, multi-award winning video agency based in Cambridge. In 2016 their work has taken them all over Europe and the US, and they have just been named the Drum's Video Agency of the Year for the third consecutive year. The Role
As a Video Marketing Strategist, you'll be part of the Planning and Strategy team, working across a range of briefs with a clear and simple aim; to ensure that the work they do delivers real business results and outcomes for their clients.

This role is all about bringing thorough, results driven and innovative marketing strategy to video. It involves going way beyond the traditional video production brief, working with clients to bring a new strategic angle and focus to their approach to video. To do this requires an applied knowledge of audience and consumer insights, inbound and ABM marketing principles, digital and social platforms, video player technologies, campaign planning, analytics and more. That's a lot of lovely stuff right? That's a lot to ask isn't it? Honestly, yes.

The good news is that they don't expect you to know it all. In fact, to be honest, if you told them you did they would run a mile because this stuff is changing and evolving so quickly that it's impossible to know it all. What you will need is a strong grounding in a number of key areas of digital marketing planning and strategy, a genuine interest in video, a passion for achieving real results for clients and a mindset that just wants to keep learning and developing, every day.

As an experienced marketing professional you'll have worked on a number of marketing plans and campaigns, and lived and breathed the whole process, from defining and absorbing the business' objectives, to executing a plan that delivers measurable and tangible business outcomes.

Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of three years' experience in an agency environment or similar client side role
- Experience of digital planning & strategy
- Experience of content marketing, social media marketing or video production
- Evidence of working with large corporate clients on a long term basis on significant campaigns and projects
- Commercially astute with a confident mindset with skills to identify and pursue new project opportunities
- Good communication and meeting skills, including the ability to chair complex meetings, deliver compelling presentations and build relationships at all levels
