Account Manager

A digitally savvy Account Manager / SAM is needed to join an award winning marketing communications agency based in Covent Garden, London. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career working on varied projects for top brands.

With a ‘create once, publish everywhere' principle this leading content marketing agency is led by experienced journalists and boasts clients across Consumer, B2B and Financial Services (Barclays, Heineken, and the British Heart Foundation to name a few). Offering award-winning outputs that range from magazines, books and iPad apps to microsites, reports, video and comms campaigns, they are renowned for delivering a friendly and personable service that larger agencies are unable to offer. Due to consistent growth they are now seeking an Account Manager / SAM to join their talented team.

Reporting to the Client Services Director the Account Manager / SAM will utilitise their digital knowledge working on diverse communication projects. On a day-to-day basis expect to build amazing relationships with clients, explore new ideas, coordinate internal teams, organise client meetings, manage external resources, and anything else necessary to ensure outstanding projects are delivered on time, every time.

To qualify. You should be an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager / SAM / Digital Project Manager / Campaign Manager / Digital Account Manager or similar, with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience in a similar Account Management role, within a Marketing / Creative / Digital agency;
  • Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills (both face-to-face and written);
  • Knowledge of Digital and Print projects;
  • A desire to work across multiple formats;
  • A commitment to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail;
  • Can naturally work collaboratively in a team and independently.

Experience of working within a B2B environment is preferable but not essential.
