As Senior Account Manager you'll be the agency's commercial lead with a group of existing clients and it'll be your job to successfully manage and develop these relationships. They are very client focused agency, and even more client success focused, so this should tell you how important your role in the Company will be.

As an experienced client relationship, professional you'll know how to plan and deliver a client strategy that's based on a consultant level understanding of your client's business. You'll then use this knowledge and insight to engage client and agency teams to develop strategies and plans that deliver real business outcomes. You'll play a hands-on role in Project Managing key aspects of the work this agency delivers, ensuring that they achieve the highest standards in project organisation, time and budget management and client communication. And in doing that you'll be forming the foundations of a loyal and profitable relationship for this agency.

To be successful in this role they think you'll need an enquiring, entrepreneurial and problem solving mind, you'll be highly organised and self-driven, and you'll have exceptional relationship management skills.

Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an agency environment in a relationship management role.
- Commercially astute with a confident business development mindset with skills to identify and pursue new project opportunities and continually expand their circle of influence within a client's business.
- An up to date and strong understanding of the fundamental principles of modern marketing, and the ability to conduct exploratory meetings with clients to establish business challenges and needs.
- Strong communication and meeting skills, including the ability to chair complex meetings, deliver compelling presentations and build relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of high quality project management principles, and hands on experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, acting as mediator between client and in-house teams.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, creative environment and respond to pressure with calmness, and diplomacy.
