This successful online retail company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

As their customers' first point of contact, you'll look after their orders and provide help when problems arise; primarily via email. You'll keep track of systemic issues, report these to the appropriate management and suggest and implement change where appropriate. You will deal with business customers too, and look after their bulk orders. You'll work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to manage levels of customer contact and deal with any remedial action required.

Main responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers about their products and their orders via e-mail
- Resolving customer complaints and problems
- Logging and reporting on repeated/common issues
- Developing processes and software to improve customer experience and efficiency

The ideal candidate:
- Great Organisation: Everything has a place and a process, making things easy for you and everyone else to do what they do best
- IT Literate: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and word processing software
- Great Communication Skills, at all levels.
- Takes ownership of their work and multi-tasks well
- Getting it done: Have superb problem-solving skills and is able to spot a problem before it can become one
