Purchase Ledger Clerk / Administrator

Salary: 18-19k
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
Contract: Temp to Perm

Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a secure fulltime position?

Main responsibilities include:

Invoice matching
Coding invoices
Preparing and Running BACS payments
Reconciliation
VAT Payments
Organising of MOT’s
Arranging Vehicle TAX

You will have the following skills:

Working alongside a bubbly and energetic team in a large open plan office your role will be pivotal in ensuring the continued smooth running of the operations.

With the added responsibility of managing the fleets TAX and MOTS this will be a varied job for the lucky candidate.
