Primary
Accountabilities

 Audio and general copy typing
 Daily switch board duties, including taking messages and transferring
calls as necessary
 Electronic filing and photocopying
 Archiving
 Scanning and sorting of incoming and outgoing post
 Completing mail shots as required
 Reception duties, including welcoming clients and visitors and
preparing meeting rooms and refreshments
 Preparing meeting packs
 Making meeting room, hotel and table bookings
 Liaising with other teams and departments, particularly in relation to
amendments to client information
 Running simple reports on request, using internal systems to provide
management information
 General administration duties to give assistance, continuity and
support to the team on a timely basis
 Ensuring all activities/actions undertaken meet and comply with
compliance standards
