Finance Assistant Job Specification

We have one main company and 4 smaller sister companies each requiring general accounting support as follows:

* Sales Ledger – Raising invoices and general credit control

* Purchase Ledger – Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and bank payments

* Daily bank reconciliations

* Payroll – Experience of Sage 50 payroll (or other standard package) preferred

* Management of company credit/debit cards

* Ad hoc accounts support for a very varied role!!

* Potential to develop the role to include VAT returns, management accounts assistance etc to fit in with personal training development.

* Excellent IT skills - Sage 50 experience preferred
