Sales and Lettings Administrator - Haslemere
Job DescriptionA spectacular career opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Lettings Administrator to join my client's well-respected estate agency in Haslemere. My client is a trusted name in both sales and lettings in Surrey. To succeed in this role you will have an outgoing personality and capable of building rapport with clients. The Client would prefer someone with an estate agency background but would consider someone that has an administrative background and can demonstrate excellent customer service. Responsibilities: * Processing new listings for sales and lettings using Jupix internal software * Generating general invoices and letters for both sales and lettings * Administering the lettings renewals diary * Answering incoming telephone calls * Registering new applicants * Booking viewings and valuations * Assisting with sales and lets progression * Undertaking confidential administration for the Directors Requirements: * Excellent IT skills * Highly organised * Excellent typing skills * Knowledge of social media preferred * Property industry experience preferred but not essential Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.45am to 5.45pm with occasional Saturdays on a rota basis Salary: £18,000 per annum with potential to earn commission after 12 months service GCB Agency Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
