Job DescriptionAre you looking for a varied office based position within Customer Service and Administration? Perhaps you are organised and have always had the ability to organise others at work or at home? Do you pride yourself on your attention to detail and your ability to build strong relationships? If so, my client based in Guildford, Surrey are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator/Administrator to join their established team on a full time Permanent basis. Please Note : This role is a varied Customer Service role where you will be dealing with both high volume calls and emails! Location: Guildford Salary: Up to £25,000 Key duties: * To process field service requests and identify suitable engineers and dates to attend site * Communicating with customers to resolve issues in a timely manner * Producing quotations * Processing customers orders * Communicating with credit controllers regarding credit checks/issues * Attending team meetings to communicate with the administrative team * Arranging cover during periods of holiday, sickness, and other holiday * Producing reports Key requirements: Essential: * Previous experience within Customer Service * Good Administrative skills * Strong attention to detail * Exceptional communication skills Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
