My client is seeking a Procurement facilitator to join their friendly and successful team.

Responsibilities

Dealing with crediting issues, assisting the purchase ledger team.

Recording information using SAP

Running and printing reports

Working with the compliance manager and customer service team

General administration and replying to emails

Dealing with shipment quires

Liaising with vendors

Running reports from SAP for acknowledgement

Requirements:

Verbal and written skills, including intermediate Excel / Word and Outlook

Administration skills

Able to prioritise work load

Team player
