Our Vacancy

Based at our office in Daresbury Park on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, reporting to the Transactional Manager, you will be resolving ongoing and historic transactions impacting our P2P function. This will include improving business P2P policy compliance through collaborative working, training and supporting of new initiative roll outs.

You will work across departments including; accounts payable, SOTC, procurement and group reporting with confidence in approaching challenging situations and continuing to build your knowledge in all areas. Communicating with suppliers and performing adhoc supplier statement reconciliations.

You will be reconciling key supplier accounts and developing the BAU process for the timely recording of transactions. Also, you will support the Head of Group Finance and Transactional Manager with project linked work and team improvements and initiatives.


You will have strong Accounts Payable or relevant transactional team experience being fully IT literate (expertise in the use of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle) along with Microsoft Excel, and able to adapt to new systems with ease.

You will be able to demonstrate a structured and organized approach ideally with experience in project work and systems implementation and have an appreciation of how P2P processes impact Internal and External clients.

You will have the ability to work in a constantly changing environment bringing a positive attitude to drive change forward.
