Sales Report Processor/Administrator

On the back of a successful start to 2019, we at The Personal Finance Centre are looking to grow our team even more heading into the second quarter. We are now recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Report Processor/Administrator.

Salary: £17,500/£18,000

Although this role is part of our back-office team, it is an extension to our sales team by ensuring we deliver the result to our customers.

This role is varied, and we can guarantee you will never be bored, however, the successful candidate will need to be able to multitask as this is a small business that depends on our employees being able to support each other, when one area is busier than the other.

Day to day tasks

* Processing Internal and 3rd party sales leads

* Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients

* UW leads to supply to the sales team

* Answering phone calls

* Scheduling diaries

* 3rd Party contact/liaison

* Answering emails

* Chasing 3rd party contacts.

* You will need to be able to cope with the pressure of meeting deadlines.

Although you will have set hours to work, the job will at times require overtime to ensure we meet our targets. Therefore, if you are a 9-5pm person this role won’t be for you

39 hours a week
