As 2nd Chef you will be part of a busy kitchen team who are passionate about delivering amazing quality food for our guests

The Purpose of the Senior Sous Chef role:

+ Providing an outstanding dining experience, ensuring service, quality and consistency, within a clean and safe environment for all.
+ Supporting the Head Chef in the running and organisation of the Kitchen
+ Improving guest satisfaction scores and ratings, and owner retention through delivering great food.
+ Recognising dissatisfaction and dealing with complaints speedily and with empathy resulting in customer satisfaction and improvement to the overall guest experience.
+ Ensuring a robust food offering, embracing locally produced stock items where possible.
+ Leading an inspiring your kitchen team to deliver the very best products and service.
